What you need to bring to the table:
- Maximize the internet department's profitability
- Drive consistent utilization of existing technologies
- Set benchmarks, manage and maintain budgets
- Dynamic internet lead response and followup
- Expert negotiation, closing and marketing skills
- Enhance performance metrics and CRM
- Mentor and train team members to achieve optimal performance
- Comply with federal and state laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Nice experience to have:
- 35 years in automotive management
- Proven track record as an internet sales producer
- Exemplary communication and listening skills
- Determination and drive to maintain impeccable relationships
- Selfinitiative, strategic planning and ability to problem solve
- Passion to ensure every customer contact is an excellent experience
Salary:
$36,000-$150,000/annually
- Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
