    Position

    Paynada is searching for enthusiastic, purpose-driven District Managers (DM's) to drive revenue growth by acquiring new business. We seek leaders who are ambitious, aiming for endless opportunities for growth and a long-term career with us.

    Exciting chance to join a prominent national credit card processing company with extensive industry experience. Paynada provides innovative payment processing solutions to merchants, offering a comprehensive package of products and services. Through a consultative approach, Paynada advises on the most suitable platforms and equipment for each merchant.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruit Client Executives and Territory Managers in your area
    • Train, develop, motivate and oversee your direct reports
    • Analyze prospects and client information using a consultative sales approach
    • Suggest merchant services and technology tailored to meet client needs

    Compensation

    This is a W-2 position with unlimited earning potential and competitive commissions. We provide a salary for the Division Manager role ranging from $70,000 per year, with the opportunity for additional earnings through uncapped commissions on sales and overrides on team sales. Successful division managers have the potential to earn over $150,000 with our diverse compensation package.

    Skills

    Required Skills:

    • At least 5 years of RECENT B2B cold calling, networking, and closing experience
    • At least 3 years of RECENT Merchant Processing industry experience
    • At least 3 years of direct reports management experience
    • At least 2 years of team member recruitment and interviewing experience
    • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Strong work ethic and drive to achieve
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in outside sales roles
