- Review/analyze and process New House Orders or miscellaneously ordered materials.
- Communicate internally and externally [with jobsites/customers] to resolve issues associated with orders (part numbers, delivery dates, etc.).
- Identify delivery dates and manage scheduling of delivery of materials
- Resolve job-site issues
- All other duties as assigned
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to be a team player
- Respond to jobsite questions, issues and needs in a patient, positive and timely manner
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is preferred but not required

Toll Integrated Systems seeks a Production Coordinator for our manufacturing facility in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
Production Control Coordinator is responsible for carrying out functions related to the material order (New House or Miscellaneous)/production schedule/delivery schedule processes at (1) or more TIS locations (including outside partners). This is a computer-driven, app-based position on a Team located in multiple geographical locations.
