    Job Posting: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina

    Location:Prosper, Texas

    Job Type:Full-Time Contract

    Blazer Jobs is currently seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role. This position requires compliance with all local and state regulations. Candidates with experience working with special education students and families are highly preferred.

    Requirements:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Adherence to all local and state regulations
    • Experience working with special education students and families preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
    • Reliable transportation to commute to the designated location

    Job Duties:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths, needs, and behavior challenges
    • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings
    • Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff
    • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school personnel to support student development and success
    • Monitor and analyze student progress through data collection and assessment tools
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support plans (BSPs)
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on behavior goals and supports
    • Provide consultation and training to school staff, parents, and caregivers on behavior management strategies
    • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with professional and ethical guidelines
    • Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or school administration
