We are growing Our MedCenter (Southeast Houston) location is looking to hire a clinical BCBA. We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking full-time employment. Come visit our brand new facility and meet our staff

Our BCBAs must have good communication skills and enthusiasm.

Each BCBA is assisted by their own intern who is training towards BCBA certification and is responsible for 30 billable hours per week.

You will be responsible for training your team of behavior technicians and directly supervising them with clients. SOS employs a full-time trainer at this location to work directly with RBTs under the guidance of the BCBA.

Attention to detail in this role is critical, as you must adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.

SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Office Managers are responsible for making the client schedules. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.

• Work In Center Monday
• Friday 8:00am 4:00 pm. with flexible hours.

- supervise in-home clients 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm. as needed.

• Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.).
• Create Individualized, researchbased client programs.
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
• Conduct weekly parent training meetings and communicate progress updates.
• Supervise Interns and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) incenter and inhome.
• Assist as needed with staff meetings and quarterly inservice training.
• Insurance correspondence (preauth requests).
• Safety Management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Maintains BCBA Certification.
• Maintains State Certification.
• Maintains BLS / CPR certification.
• Maintains NPI number.

Pay:
$73, $85,000.00 per year
