JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for passionate
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) who are fluent in Applied Behavior Analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, the BCaBA is responsible for coordinating and providing program services to clients.


  • Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee implementation of direct services, direction, and family guidance
  • Provide staff training, mentorship, and BT/RBT supervision to ensure the highest quality clinical outcomes
  • Work with Interdisciplinary Team Members to ensure continuity of care
  • Ability to write complex behavior support plans and communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
  • BCaBA will maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:


  • Hold current BCaBA, State Licensure, and in good standing with the State and BACB
  • Completion of a master's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum two years of experience as a BCaBA (preferred)
  • Fluency in practice management system (Central Reach preferred)
