Due to the families that have trusted Spectrum of Hope with the care and therapy of their children during their childhood years, we are seeking extraordinary Behavioral Analysts to assist with improving the families in the greater Houston area by providing analytical services.

As a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst at Spectrum of hope you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the children with different exceptionalities.

Not only will you be providing training to caregivers, conducting behavioral evaluations of clients, design behaviors and individual support plans for the clients, you also are seen as a leader to our technicians and will be educating our future BCBAs.

Day to Day at Spectrum of Hope as a BCBA:

Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
Design caregiver training plans and implement with parents/caregivers of individuals with Autism

Who you are:

Current BCBA certification and behavior analyst license in Texas
Meets all BACB supervision requirements
Experience with various skills assessments

Spectrum of Hope, LLC is a behavior treatment clinic founded in 2004. We serve clients of all ages - from diagnosis to adulthood.

We are seeking full-time BCBA's to provide services to individuals with Autism in a clinic environment in collaboration with our certified and licensed staff.
