Description
Provide direct behavioral services and supervision to clients in individual and group sessions.

  • Oversee ABA programs and provide parent training and support.
  • Complete program writing and maintain client's program
  • Running progress meetings with parents/guardians
  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and design treatment programs for clients
  • Work with and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians to implement individualized treatment plans as per agency standards and BACB requirements.
  • Maintain and protect the wellbeing of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise.
  • Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
