Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing patient care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.

Your role will involve conducting diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and implementing applied behavior analysis techniques to develop and implement effective treatment plans.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Provide direct patient care and behavioral interventions to individuals with autism
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation of patient progress
  • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis Experience:
  • Must hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
  • Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Experience in data collection and analysis for treatment planning purposes
