Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive personalization through the development of robust customer profilesDrive insights to help nurture customers through our sales funnelProvide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-makingIdentify key success indicators and determine best practices for measurement and reportingIdentity quality engagement by our sales teams to increase customer experiences and sales conversion rateCreate and automate dashboards, reports, and other data tools to support the goals of Lennar's growth teamEducation and
Experience Requirements:4+ years of experience in analytics, with exposure to both traditional and direct-to-consumer brands.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills involving data analysis and predictive modelingYou live in SQL and a few other useful tools of the data tradeProactive, not reactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to take in loose requirements, ask smart questions, and produce high-quality, actionable insightsConfident in learning new tools, technologies, and methodologiesExperience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the Sr Analyst, Digital Marketing to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
