UD Trucks isknown for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercialautomotive industry.

The Sales support function is responsible for end-to-end sales administration process, in its different stages, from productionand sales planning, production, logistics, order book and retail follow-up, andreports related to the area.

This function also covers support activities inthe finance and commercial areas, such as credit control, collection follow-upand KPI monitoring/reporting.

She/he will be responsible for all theadministrative support for the commercial area as well as the importers, inaddition to being the main point of contact between the hubs, factory in Thailandand order support team in Singapore.

Responsibilitiesand Duties

Coordinate new trucks sales administration processes for Hub Americas.
Responsible for demand planning process with markets and factory.
Manage the production program and order book, in coordination with sales area, factory, bodybuilders and markets.
Keep the markets informed about order book, backlogs, shipments, and other related topics.
Invoicing process.
Followup on logistics.
Monitor and report sales, order intake, order book, inventory and other KPIs.
Update reports and presentations for Headquarters.
Support financial area with credit control, letter of credit followup, credit check, down payment, overdue and collections.
Other activities designated by the manager.

Minimumqualifications

Degree in Business/Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in similar roles.
Overseas business experience in commercial vehicle and machinery is desired.
Planning, executing, and effective problemsolving skills.
Ability to create reports (including Power BI).
Excellent communication and intrapersonal relationship skills.
Handson, result oriented and a holistic view.
Structured, proactive and processoriented way of working.
Have a strong communication and presentation skills.
Team player with high level of collaboration.
Customer support mindset.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
