Exciting Opportunity for a Logistics Analyst

Join a well-established organization led by a dedicated team, we are seeking a Logistics Analyst for our Corporate Transportation Department. Manage and oversee internal software systems for dispatch and tank monitoring across all branches.
Ensure accurate assignments of trucks and trailers in the system, making updates as needed.
Handle data entry tasks such as adding new users and removing terminated ones from the systems.
Provide support for dispatch system issues, working closely with IT for solutions.
Facilitate inter-company transfers using the dispatch system.
Offer troubleshooting assistance and manage communications for all dispatch-related issues.
Collaborate with branch dispatch teams to optimize route efficiencies.
Monitor daily dispatch operations to uphold system precision.
Maintain customer logs with tank monitors and coordinate necessary repairs.
Generate and analyze reports on driver and route efficiencies for operational enhancements.
Prepare analytical reports for senior leadership on a regular basis.
Cross-train with the Logistics Specialist for comprehensive coverage and support.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in logistics or transportation, focusing on dispatch software and route planning.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and effective problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Accounting software familiarity.
