- Assist in developing critical information products in programming and planning.
- Provide best practice expertise related to spend monitoring, funding, and budget readiness.
- Facilitate financial-related Integrated Product/Process Teams (IPTs), special advisory boards, off-sites, working groups, and audit teams.
- Support the Command plan process including analyzing plans, drafting work products, and conducting In-Process Reviews (IPRs).
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed requirements and develop COAs for senior leadership awareness.
- Assist in the collection, monitoring, and analysis of commitment, obligation, and expenditure information from accounting systems or records.
- Provide support to prepare mid-year and program review analysis.
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

- Minimum of 3 years PPBE, budgeting, and/or resource management experience.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and present them in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in the DoD environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Bachelor's Degree.

- Experience working at or with the headquarters level of a military service.
