Business Analyst will assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments.
The Business Analyst indentifies problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
Business Analysts conduct market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.Job Responsibilities:
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a businessBudgeting and forecastingPlanning and monitoringFinancial modellingVariance AnalysisPricingModeling, reporting, dashboard and KPIsDefining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholdersIn addition to performing financial and operational modelling, a Business Analyst is expected to develop new models that underpin sound business decisionsThe end goal is to provide financial insights that help the decision-making process and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's in business studies, Business Administration, Management and Information Technology
MBA preferredSkills and Abilities:
Experience working with senior decision makersProven analytical backgroundAdvanced Excel & Power BI skillsStrong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits
Physical Requirements:
Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk.
Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.
