- Daily retail sales reconciliation
- Charge back reconciliation
- Prepare, execute, and analyze reports in Excel by extracting data from accounting systems and retail register systems
- Manage, identify and correct data irregularities
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize analysis and reporting processes
- Assist with additional tasks/projects as assigned
- All other duties assigned by Management
- 1-3 years of experience in similar position and/or environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar field is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Experience in SAP and Cegid is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build relationships with internal and external clients
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; Excellent Excel skills
- Able to work well with minimal supervision; self-starter, pro-active
