- Analyzes revenue streams, trends, and performance metrics and presents forecasts to the leadership team for optimization and growth.
- Conduct market share analysis and evaluation to provide insights for developing strategic sales growth plans. Review industry trends, seasonal shifts, competitor activities, and menu type preferences. Provide new, lost, and existing customer insights to identify opportunities for strategic considerations.
- Develop and implement pricing support to increase revenue and profitability, such as competitive pricing analysis to ensure our pricing remains competitive while maximizing revenue potential.
- Collaborate daily with the sales team to align business goals and market changes.
- Generate reports for Mr. Greens' leadership team to make informed business decisions. Communicates insights and recommendations clearly and concisely on sales growth opportunities in alignment with Area and Corporate priorities.
- Conduct Sales incentive tracking on key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to growth and profitability.
- Supports the manager in meetings with Sales and Marketing teams with the necessary data.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in business/economics/finance/marketing or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- At least two years of experience preparing sales revenue analyses and forecasts required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to compile information into unified reports.
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate data sets and identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Foodservice Distribution or similar industry preferred.
- Work on site is required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Experience in strategic planning, compensation analysis, and sales forecasting. Demonstrates an ability to think strategically and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the team.

Mr. Greens - Overview:

With deliveries 365 days a year, seven days a week, and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. We serve a wide variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.
Job Summary:
The Revenue Analyst reports to the FP&A Manager and will be responsible for providing analytical support and sales data modeling market and growth opportunities. By evaluating customer metrics, competitor information, and sales channels, the revenue analyst will advise the best methods and strategies to increase category penetration and product margin, as well as a deep understanding of reasons for lost customers, sales forecasting, and insights on performance and trends. This position will work cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, M&A, and Procurement with the primary objective of enabling leadership to make effective and analytically driven decisions.
