    Call Center Representative

    Founded in 2008, River City Mortgage is a full-service mortgage lender that serves customers in over 30 states. We have branches located from the east coast to west coast. Our headquarters, in Blue Ash, Ohio, houses our corporate functions as well as everything from the Call Center to the Closing Department.

    We are seeking a driven candidate to join the River City Mortgage family as a Call Center Representative.

    A day in the life of a Call Center Representative:

    • Call potential customers and use scripts to provide information about RCM services.
    • Ask pertinent questions to understand customer's needs.
    • Record the customer's information accurately in the computer system.
    • Go the extra mile to meet lead and quality expectations.

    Success Requirements:

    • Minimum 1-year experience preferred in a Call Center environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
    • Excellent telephone, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Persistent and results oriented.
    • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
    • Effective problem solver to analyze solutions for customer service issues.
    • Intermediate computer skills.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Job Type:Full-time, evening opportunities available .

    Compensation: $22-$34+/hour - includes bonus ( this is a 12-9pm shift only)
