We are seeking a Game Changer with a successful background in Sales, F&I and Sales Management.

    Are you a difference maker? Your areas of responsibility will include:

    Selecting, hiring, training and developing Sales Associates
    Managing vehicle inventory
    Managing showroom and online activity via CRM and other tools
    Training Salespeople on effective processes and products
    Managing high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
    Monitor the reconditioning process.
    Mentoring and coaching our sales staff to be highly successful

    Job Requirements:
    Valid driver's license with good driving history.
    Automotive sales management experience.
    Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    Supervisory experience.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Knowledge of DMS and CRM software.
    Excellent Computer skills.
    Your experience with Internet Sales and CRM management is a plus. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. We are an equal opportunity employer and a Drug Free Workplace.
