- The candidate will join the Protein Homeostasis-Oncogenesis cell biology group to design and perform experiments, including target engagement methodologies and assay development to advance novel therapeutic concepts.
- A self-motivated and creative scientist with a strong can-do attitude
- Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
- Highly skilled in molecular and cellular biology techniques, including mammalian cell culture, CRISPR, shRNA, transfections, immunoblots, immunofluorescence microscopy, immunoprecipitation, and functional assays (cell proliferation and cellular toxicity)0-2
- Proficient with data analysis tools including Excel and GraphPad Prism, and with biological statistics.
- Works well in a collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability and an ability to deliver time-sensitive studies.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an eagerness to engage in a setting that thrives on rigorous science and innovative ideas.
- Be organized and maintain documentation of all research.
