Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with in vivo pharmacology scientist to support endpoint sample analysis or establish ex vivo cellular assays.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and generate actionable insights to help drive project decisionmaking.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and work crossfunctionally with colleagues in groups such as antibody discovery or protein science.
• Keep meticulous records of experiments performed and maintain electronic lab notebook entries.
• Provide regular progress updates and present data at internal team meetings.

Qualifications

• M.S. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology or other relevant discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience, or B.S. with equivalent experience.
• Strong cell culture skills including cell lines and primary cells.
• Extensive experience in developing and optimizing cellbased assays using diverse platforms such as flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD, Luminex and qPCR.
• Experience in molecular and cell biology techniques such as CRISPR, cell transfection, stable cell line generation.
• Experience working on cellular models of diverse disease areas is desirable, including but not limited to immunerelated diseases and oncology.
