    We're glad you're exploring our Director of Sales and Marketing position and want to share some of the details.

    First, you will need a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.

    The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead all Sales and Marketing functions for Fort Wayne Metals Research Products Corp (excluding G&S Bar and Wire, LLC, Filmtec, and Advanced Materials Development) in accordance with organizational objectives.

    You will foster a customer focused culture that supports the Mission, Values, and Operating Principles of Fort Wayne Metals.

    The Director will Influence organizational decision-making with the use of relevant, value-added metrics and analyzes and reports on same in a manner that aligns with and supports the organization's strategic and short- and long-term business objectives.

    You will collaborate with peers across the organization to develop demand planning process and ensure the execution of the commercial teams to gather customer information and work with finance and operations for labor and finance planning.
