- Business Development of Existing Accounts: activities include joint selling, product training, PTQ training, development and implementation of account plans, working with builders and architects to promote Windsor products.
- Business Development with New Distribution: conducting a market analysis to determine A, B, and C players in a market and finding the best distributor(s) for a long-term and successful partnership with Windsor. Then securing them as a customer and getting them up to speed quickly as a revenue generating customer.
- Strengthen current and new customer relations.
- Visit customers independently.
- Prepare and implement a sales plan with customers.
- Meet established sales goals for the assigned region.
- Answer questions from all areas concerning construction and design of product.
- Establish short-term and long-term objectives/goals and monitor results on a regular basis.
- Maintain complete awareness of and analyze markets, competitor's activities and customer concerns and desires.
- Have the ability to manage expenses and stay within the monthly budget.
- Other duties as assigned by Divisional Sales Manager.

Description
Windsor Windows and Doors, a full time wood and vinyl window and patio door manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager that will have responsibility for Northern Indiana/Ohio areas.
Responsibilities of the Position Include:
This individual must have excellent written and verbal skills, excellent follow-up abilities, a positive attitude and self-starter, and be highly organized. A 4-year college degree is preferred, as well as experience with similar work for a window manufacturer or millwork distributor. Computer proficiency is a plus.
