    Job Title: Partner Sales Manager at Mercury Broadband

    Description: We're looking for a proactive Partner Sales Manager to be part of our team. This role is crucial for boosting growth and revenue by establishing and nurturing key partnerships with various channel players, such as resellers, VARs, system integrators, and tech partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with current and potential channel collaborators. Act as the main contact for partner needs and support.
    • Channel Development: Scout, recruit, and bring on board new partners aligned with our goals and target markets. Create and implement joint business plans for shared success.
    • Sales Enablement: Equip partners with essential resources, training, and tools for effective marketing and sales of our products and services. Offer training sessions and workshops for product knowledge and sales strategies.
    • Pipeline Management: Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Monitor leads and opportunities through the sales process, providing necessary support for deal closures.
    • Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics to gauge partner effectiveness. Regularly review partner performance, offering insights for improvement.
    • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and competition. Use insights to shape partner strategies, spot new opportunities, and boost our competitive edge.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to align partner efforts with company goals.
    • Compliance and Governance: Ensure partners adhere to agreements, program rules, and company policies. Conduct audits for compliance checks.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
    • 5+ years in partner/channel sales within telecom, tech, or related industries.
    • Proven success in building partner relationships, revenue growth, and surpassing sales targets.
    • Deep understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
    • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is beneficial.
    • Ready to travel occasionally.
