Remote Business Development Director - Philadelphia, United States - IndeVets
Description
Voted one of INC.'s Fastest Growing Companies in 2022, IndeVets is a company devoted to making the lives of veterinarians better. Surprisingly, vets are overworked, burned out, and struggle to balance the extreme demands of their work with family and their personal lives. Compounding this, they are burdened with extraordinary student debt and many report that being a vet isn't what they expected or dreamed it would be. IndeVets has created a whole new way to practice that puts vets first. We partner with forward-thinking practices that share our high clinical standards and our values because we believe vets deserve way more than a job that pays the bills; they deserve a job they love.
Our team is growing faster than a Great Dane and we are looking for more amazing people to join our mission.
The Director of Business Development will spearhead our efforts to capture new business opportunities and expand our presence in the veterinary staffing field. This role is focused on leading a team of Hospital Development Representatives (HDRs),, and ultimately driving our expansion efforts. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative business development strategies by supporting HDRs, with a focus on leveraging technology such as Salesforce to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
