Job Duties Provides scheduling and administrative support to sales force members (one [1] Sales Support Coordinator per two [2] sales force members).
Secures ten (10) meetings with Financial Advisors weekly per sales force member (total of 20 per week), working from lists provided by Client and tracked in Clients CRM system.
Utilizes scheduling tools in client relationship management system (CRM) to ensure all meeting attendees are tracked.
Works with sales force members to update/classify/segment contacts in CRM.
Identifies potential meetings or business opportunities by tracking visit rotations and/or conducting research using various resources and data management tools (i.e., internet searches, CRM reports).
Schedules travel and coordinates visit preparation.
Sends literature and other requested materials to meeting participants.
Coordinates travel arrangements (e.g., airfare, hotel, transportation) on behalf of the sales team member.
Orders meeting materials and literature.
Prepares, confirms and tracks invitations, utilizing CRM as appropriate.
Collects data and provides information regarding meeting content delivered and other feedback from attendees.
Demonstrates working knowledge of CRM and ability to it to work assignments.
