    Director, MEP Operations - Boston, MA

    Bala Consulting Engineers, an innovative engineering firm based in Philadelphia, is seeking a Director of MEP Operations for their Boston office. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the New England region and driving growth and profitability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategic plans and operating budgets
    • Contribute to revenue and profit goals
    • Define operational KPIs and drive performance
    • Build and retain client relationships
    • Collaborate with leadership and other offices
    • Support business development efforts
    • Establish goals and forecasts
    • Foster a collaborative work environment
    • Identify and nurture talent
    • Maintain clear communications with staff

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • PE License
    • 15+ years of industry experience
    • Proven track record in project management and design
    • Technical engineering skills
    • Experience in commercial development, life sciences, education, or corporate facilities
    • Strong client relationship-building abilities
    • Team development and management experience
    • Organizational and communication skills
