Description:The Global Human Resources (GHR) organization is hiring The GHR team provides strategic and day-to-day human capital support that enables the key priorities of the Global Business Development & Strategy (GBD&S) function and international organizations. This is a unique opportunity for a talented HR professional to operate in a hybrid role as both an HRBP and a Talent Partner. In this role, you will be an integral champion of Lockheed Martins culture and values, partnering with our customers creating and delivering talent management and organizational effectiveness services, as well as have direct ownership for global client groups as an HRBP.

You will report into the Senior Manager, HRBP for GBD&S and together you will design, coordinate, and execute on HR initiatives and processes such as compensation planning, employee relations, coaching, workforce planning, and HR metrics, to enable client groups to meet their objectives.

In addition to HRBP responsibilities, you will report to the International Talent organization with a dotted line to maintain a strong focus on supporting performance and talent management, leadership and team effectiveness, organizational health and design, and learning and development focus areas across all client groups.

The successful candidate will consult with leadership, employees, and cross-functional groups to solve complex organizational challenges, and be an integral part of their clients leadership team.

The position can be performed remotely, with an estimated travel requirement of 20%. However, there is a preference for the candidate to be located near one of Lockheed Martins primary headquarters.

Basic Qualifications:

HR experience within one of the Centers of Excellence with strong preference HR Business Partner experience
Aspiration and confidence while supporting executives, along with the capability to provide robust HR counsel
Experience and ease with HR Data Analytics and related tools
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Strong technical acumen - experience with and ability to learn HR systems; ability to understand, interpret, and apply HR policies; ability to tailor HR initiatives to fit unique customer organizations
Ability to influence without authority to accomplish key objectives

Desired Skills:

Possess strong knowledge and awareness of Lockheed Martin HR practices, policies, and initiatives
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships in a global environment and become a trusted advisor to the client organizations
Possess generalist knowledge in employee relations, staffing, compensation, performance management, and talent management
Have awareness of and ability to adapt to global business environment
Be a self-starter and have strong curiosity to understand all angles to a problem and drive for results to provide exceptional customer experience
Be comfortable operating in a global environment and flexing their working hours as needed to connect with international colleagues

Remote Telework:

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.

Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $91,300 - $175,000 .

(Washington state applicants only)

Non-represented full-time employees:

accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
