The Global Human Resources (GHR) organization is hiring The GHR team provides strategic and day-to-day human capital support that enables the key priorities of the Global Business Development & Strategy (GBD&S) function and international organizations.
This is a unique opportunity for a talented HR professional to operate in a hybrid role as both an HRBP and a Talent Partner.
In this role, you will be an integral champion of Lockheed Martin's culture and values, partnering with our customers creating and delivering talent management and organizational effectiveness services, as well as have direct ownership for global client groups as an HRBP.
You will report into theSenior Manager, HRBP
Basic Qualifications:
- HR experience within one of the Centers of Excellence with strong preference HR Business Partner experience
- Aspiration and confidence while supporting executives, along with the capability to provide robust HR counsel
- Experience and ease with HR Data Analytics and related tools
- Experience creating and delivering presentations
- Ability to influence without authority to accomplish key objectives
Desired Skills:
- Possess strong knowledge and awareness of Lockheed Martin HR practices, policies, and initiatives
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships in a global environment and become a trusted advisor to the client organizations
- Possess generalist knowledge in employee relations, staffing, compensation, performance management, and talent management
- Have awareness of and ability to adapt to global business environment
- Be a selfstarter and have strong curiosity to understand all angles to a problem and drive for results to provide exceptional customer experience
- Be comfortable operating in a global environment and flexing their working hours as needed to connect with international colleagues

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.
Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Non-represented full-time employees:
accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.
