Your tasks will include:

As a Business Partner Market Processes (m/f/d) with a focus on customer orders, you will be responsible for process improvements and developments related to the project and service center in our markets.
You will gather and evaluate process and system requirements and implement them together with colleagues from relevant departments, such as IT.
You will identify potential for optimization, conduct tests and pilots to achieve rollout readiness, and act as the point of contact for all questions related to customer orders and their crosschannel processing in national and international markets, ebusiness, and central administration.
Lastly, you will develop suitable measurement and target systems and ensure regular communication with all relevant interfaces, such as colleagues from IT and the markets.

Your qualifications:

You have a degree in business or engineering or a comparable education with relevant professional experience.
You have indepth knowledge of process development and improvement, as well as experience in designing crosschannel processes (online and offline) and their systemic implementation.
In addition to experience in the retail sector, you have
