(Senior) HR Business Partner (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Point of contact (m/f/d) and advisor (m/f/d) for all personnelrelated questions for managing directors and executives of the Strategic Business Unit WITTENSTEIN motion control in German and English
  • Consulting and support for change and reorganization processes
  • Accompaniment and implementation of an HR strategy for the Strategic Business Unit
  • Independent execution of all personnel recruitment and change measures (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Workforce planning and HR controlling, including preparation and analysis of HR key figures and derivation of measures
  • HR onboarding of new executives in the Strategic Business Unit
  • Design and implementation of compensation measures and instruments
  • Support for executives in the areas of performance, talent and competency management and implementation of corresponding processes
  • Consulting and implementation of labor law issues and disciplinary measures
  • Trustful and constructive cooperation with the works council
  • Participation in crossfunctional HR projects


You will strategically and operationally shape personnel work tailored to the needs of the Strategic Business Unit WITTENSTEIN motion control.


Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree in business administration
