Join us in our pursuit of excellence as a Customer Engagement Business Partner.

This role is a strategic advisor to the IO Marketing teams, designing Customer Engagement campaigns to drive performance against desired metrics.

You will shape a seamless customer experience that uses personalized real-time insights to coordinate an individualized customer journey across personal and non-personal channels.

This position is dedicated to our Oncology Business Unit and is accountable for translating Brand/ Indication customer engagement tactics into a consistent tumor-type storytelling reaching across Franchises.


Accountabilities:


As a Customer Engagement Business Partner, you will foster meaningful connections and collaborative partnerships with customers to drive innovation, address customer needs, and improve engagement outcomes.

You will propel the creation of dynamic customer experiences across physical and digital channels, coordinating with various teams to efficiently translate campaign concepts into actionable plans.

You will serve as the primary liaison between the Franchise Marketing teams and the Omnichannel delivery Product Owners, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.

You will also demonstrate thought leadership in both digital and physical marketing channels, staying abreast of emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in marketing.


Essential Skills/Experience:

  • 58 years experience as a Brand Marketing and/or Agile Key Account Manager experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry or Agency
  • Proven track record in delivering integrated customer engagement experiences with measured outcomes

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Crossfunctional, Matrix organizational experience
  • Consistent track record of leading a pod of functional and technical members to achieve outcomes
  • Experience in project management, SCRUM and strategic planning processes and tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), organizational, relationshipbuilding, and solutionselling skills
