Introduction:

At our production site in Bad Teinach as a starting point, we are looking for a responsible and dedicated HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to support our independent locations in Baden-Württemberg: Mineralbrunnen Krumbach GmbH and Mineralbrunnen Teinach GmbH. The position is available for the earliest possible start date in 2024.

The employment will be integrated into the HR department of KARLSBERG Connect & Sales GMBH: As part of the Karlsberg Group, we provide excellent consulting and support in areas such as IT, accounting, and HR for affiliated companies, and distribute our brand portfolio throughout the group in the retail sector.

The companies within the Karlsberg Group, with 1100 employees, offer beverages and services for daily enjoyment: from beers, mineral waters, fruit juices, and soft drinks to transportation and catering services.
