- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions. Address client inquiries and objections with confidence and expertise.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in the healthcare and digital health space. Leverage market insights to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the healthcare or EMR, AI Driven ChatBot or Digital Health sector.
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including patient care delivery, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models.
- Familiarity with chatbot technology, digital platforms, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
