Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting potential buyers throughout the home buying process. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preliminarily would work with our LIST of interested parties as we head towards a furnished Model the end of this year / early next.

At that time, some time spent in model may be necessary.


Responsibilities:

• Work with our Marketing Professionals to screen potential buyers and target markets
• Assist potential buyers in selecting the right home for their needs
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Educate buyers on the features and benefits of our homes
• Conduct property tours and showcase model homes
• Stay uptodate with fair housing regulations and real estate laws
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure a smooth closing process

Skills:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate laws
• Excellent negotiation skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
