    Job Description

    We're Looking For an Experienced Global Payroll Supervisor

    Contract Position: 3-4 weeks, Fully Remote

    Pay Rate: $55-$65/hr, Flexible Schedule Required

    Scope and Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining and improving the company's payroll process for employees in the US, Europe, Asia, and Israel
    • Overseeing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual workflow
    • Supervising the payroll processing team, including training and hiring
    • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
    • Compliance with payroll laws and best practices
    • Assisting with global payroll auditing

    Education and Experience:

    • Minimum 4 years of payroll experience, global payroll experience preferred
    • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
    • Experience with HRIS and Ceridian Dayforce
    • Experience managing employees

    Other Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong MS Excel skills
    • Effective communication and prioritization skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Self-motivated to improve performance and efficiency
    • Flexible schedule to meet business needs
