    • United States of America About the Role As a CBRE Financial Operations analyst, you will perform accurate and timely data entry support for accounts receivables, accounts payables, lease administration and other accounting functions for an assigned team with a defined portfolio of CBRE properties.
    What you'll do + Complete data entry to support a variety of accounts receivable transactions including lease abstracts, tenant terminations, manual billings, cash receipts postings, security deposits, applications of open credits/prepaid, verification of lockbox receipts.

    + Complete data entry and follow-up procedures to support a variety of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable transactions in accordance with established timeframes.

    Monitors, troubleshoots, and responds to internal and external inquiries through financial operations shared mailboxes or other established methods. Completes updates to applicable trackers and processing manuals for portfolio of assigned work. Participates in internal and external audits as needed. + Gather data on transactional activities and functions including vendor invoice processing, lease administration and cash receipt applications. Performs analysis for identified process improvement initiatives and provides results to leadership. May make recommendations to management based on information gathered. + Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or (GED) required. Associate's degree with concentration in Business or Finance preferred. At least 4 years of administrative or financial operations support; or combination of education and validated experience. Requires intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts in depth financial analysis. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents and address problems involving several options in situations. Requires experienced analytical and quantitative skills. Posses comprehensive analytical skills, and interpret business documents. Ability to effectively respond verbally or in writing to basic inquiries. Requires a high level of commitment to customer service. Be able to thrive, grow, and develop in an encouraging group environment. Uses a proactive approach to unusual occurrences. Requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and being open to exciting insights and procedures. General experience with MS Office software. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to respond effectively to the most critical issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on sophisticated topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to empower and work with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience.

    The minimum salary for the Financial Operations Analyst position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Financial Operations Analyst position is $65,000 annually.

    The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. CBRE is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
