    • HotelDescriptionThe Hospitality Account Manager directly oversees one or more valet operations, and is responsible for account performance for financial, government compliance, and customer/client satisfaction objectives and is expected to maintain relationships with current clients to obtain references and leads for new business opportunities.
    This positionwill help us leverage our position within the parking industry through the building and managing strategic business relationships.

    Manage, implement and supervise all details of assigned operationsOrganize, maintain, and reconcile various financial records, both manually and through automated methodsManage claims process, implement training to limit liability and maintain overall safety in the facilityInvestigate and assign responsibility for all claims in accordance with Claims AdministratorTrain, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate valet staffResponsible for maintaining adequate staffing levelsAssist in setup of special event parking programsBalance accounts and assists in preparing reports and statementsProvide technical assistance and work direction to support personnelUpkeep and maintenance of the facility, including but not limited to equipment, signage and building groundsConduct regular audits to ensure procedures are being followed and verify funds collected and paperwork for bank depositsReview daily payroll and process any post-pay discrepancies and formsTrack and maintain associate attendance recordsEnsure injuries and incidents are reported timely and proper paperwork is filled outComplete associates' reviewsReport vehicle damage and/or unsatisfactory guest experience to client contactAttend staff meetingsWhat We Look for in a

    Hospitality Account Manager:

    Experience overseeing multiple valet parking operations (preferred)Minimum of 2 years hospitality management experienceValid license with 3+ years driving experienceNo MAJOR violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 yearsNo more than two MINOR violations in the past year (accident, speeding)No suspensions within the last 3 yearsAbility to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortablyStrong and effective communication skillsFlexible availability including evenings and weekendsAbility to handle challenging and difficult clientsExperience leading a team of at least 10-15 employeesProven track record of success as a manager as it relates to recruitment, training and development, and succession planningOur company follows all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to 'Ban the Box' legislation in certain states.
