    Are you a dynamic, driven, and experienced accounting professional with experience in the Automotive industry?
    We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Permanent Accounts Payable Specialist to join our exceptional Automotive team.

    This role is at the heart of our automotive finance operations, where you will be responsible for managing our company's accounts payable procedures.

    This exciting position offers a chance to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment where you will be key in ensuring the financial health of our business.

    As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
    Accurately processing invoices and ensuring that all transactions are appropriately documented.
    Reconciling accounts payable transactions and preparing analysis of accounts.
    Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
    Maintaining accurate historical records by filing documents electronically.
    Participating in financial audits by providing auditors with necessary documents and explanations.
    Identifying and implementing improvements to the accounts payable process to increase efficiency and accuracy.

    A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within the automotive or finance industry.

    A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
    Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
