Accounts Payable Specialist

PAY RATE:
$27/ per hour - nonexempt with an annual bonus of 5%


About the role:
The Accounts Payable Specialist reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and will be responsible for
processing accounts payables.


Responsibilities and Duties:
Associate degree in business required, bachelor's degree in business / Accounting preferred. 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Previous Airline, Aviation, or Petroleum Experience preferred. Well-organized with excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Ability to work with confidential material.
