- Supervise and support a team of onsite coordinators in tracking and managing equipment across multiple job sites.
- Monitor budget targets and oversee equipment utilization to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation.
- Report on any damages to equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with equipment vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish nationwide rates.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective equipment procurement and delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports on equipment status, budget performance, and vendor management to senior management
- Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field experience
- Proven experience in equipment management, preferably in the solar industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Proficient with MS Office Suite applications

- Salary $85, $106,400.00 / year
- Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
