- Conducting cell culture activities with sterile technique.
- Working in a cleanroom environment by donning appropriate gear before entering the lab space.
- Monitoring multiple manufacturing production processes and performing regular cell culture maintenance tasks such as passaging, seeding, harvesting, and concentrating.
- Following well-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods while upholding quality standards.
- Utilizing basic analytical skills, scientific methods, or operational processes to carry out routine tasks.
- Conducting in-process sampling and testing using analytical laboratory equipment.
- Performing necessary out of specification (OOS) testing.
- Recording test results meticulously in accordance with GMP and GDP protocols.
- Managing and organizing instrument calibration and maintenance records.
- Capable of executing moderately complex test procedures based on written guidelines.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
- Have at least 3 months of laboratory experience (preferably involving work under a biosafety cabinet).
- Prior experience with sterile techniques (including academic exposure).
- Previous experience with mammalian cell culture (including academic exposure).
