- Independently carry out tasks related to formulation, filling, testing, and packaging
- Utilize analytical skills and scientific methods in daily activities
- Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot reagent components and instruments
- Perform tests on solutions such as pH, conductivity, and density to meet production specifications
- Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
- Minimum of 12 months of laboratory experience (from manufacturing roles or practical lab courses)
- Demonstrated ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams (verbal, written, and using tools like Microsoft Teams)
