    Overview:

    Join us in this role to produce, test, and package chemical and biological reagent products based on operational plans and customer requirements. This team focuses on creating calibration vials for diagnostic medical equipment used in medical facilities. Your responsibilities include adhering to operational procedures, maintaining training records, ensuring smooth material flow, and timely completion of work orders.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Independently carry out tasks related to formulation, filling, testing, and packaging
    • Utilize analytical skills and scientific methods in daily activities
    • Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot reagent components and instruments
    • Perform tests on solutions such as pH, conductivity, and density to meet production specifications
    • Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
    • Minimum of 12 months of laboratory experience (from manufacturing roles or practical lab courses)
    • Demonstrated ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams (verbal, written, and using tools like Microsoft Teams)
