Looking for a 4-day workweek schedule while still maintaining full-time hours?
This schedule is provided as an optional benefit for individuals interested and will consist of four swing shifts starting between 10 am - Noon daily, lasting 9 hours and 45 minutes with a lunch break.

With over nine years of experience, we have expanded to more than 30 fast-casual Dig restaurants, established our first full-service restaurant, 232 Bleecker, partnered with 130 farms including Dig Acres, and provided culinary training to many.
