Hawksmoor NYC is a beautiful National Historic Landmark built as The United Charities Building in 1893. The location is just off Park Avenue South and north of the prestigious Gramercy Park and Union Square. The restaurant seats 170 with 2 Private Dining Rooms, and a 50-cover bar.

we are excited to commence the search for an Expeditor to support our BOH team to ensure exceptional quality food and consistency for every guest.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Managing tickets and guiding our kitchen team to provide exceptional food at high volume
Ensuring guests get their food in a timely manner and communicate between FOH and BOH
Ensure presentation of plates is to Hawksmoor standard
Monitor food quality and consistency
Keeps orders in sequence to ease service process
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
