    MLee Healthcare is looking for an Entry- Level Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for fully understanding our client's needs and determining how we can meet those needs. A good fit for this role will be someone who is an effective communicator, organized, has good time management skills, and is a problem solver. By joining our team, you will be part of an established, growing, and innovative culture that makes developing employees a top priority. We are looking for individuals who want to build their career in sales.

    Job Location: Austin, TX

    Responsibilities:

  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present services to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  • Entering data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relations Management system (CRM)
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
  • Currently living in Austin or willing to relocate to Austin
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
