Position Summary
AutoRABIT is looking for a sales champion who is excited to continue building the next great software company.

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will play a key role in landing net new logos and expanding business within an assigned territory.

You will join a team of talented sales individuals who are passionate about exceeding goals and taking their career to the next level.


About The Role

  • Exceeding your number
  • Winning new logos, and upselling/crossselling in your installed base
  • Managing full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Forecasting correctly, communicating clearly, aligning with the rest of the team
  • Not being afraid of being data driven including using Salesforce and other tools to track your progress
  • Collaborating with other teams, including sales engineering and sales development
  • Be a great Commercial Sales team player, share your learnings and participate on team calls

About You

  • You have 1+ years of direct software sales experience and a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles from start to end
  • Understands the value of utilizing a strong sales methodology such as MEDDICC when building pipeline and qualifying opportunities
  • You're able to generate pipeline and break into brand new logos from scratch
  • You don't cut corners, even with SFDC hygiene
  • You're an entrepreneur you know that owning your own pipeline generation is fundamental to your success
  • You're a natural champion builder and go the extra mile to add real value
  • You constantly look for solutions to problems, and how to solve business pains
  • You're ready to think differently, learn, and embrace new methodologies
  • You have a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets in a quota carrying role

Please note this is a hybrid position - day to day work will be done remotely with bi-weekly in-person team meetings in Austin.

Compensation:
$65,000 per year + commission
