- Timely creation and execution of the company's content marketing calendar

- Develop and Maintain Brand Position & Copy Guidelines: Oversee developing and maintaining a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing channels. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials.
- Develop and Execute a Content Marketing Strategy with Calendar: Strategize and proactively manage a detailed content marketing program and calendar to boost brand awareness and increase engagement across our social programs. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling all content activities, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality deliverables by driving stakeholders to hit deadlines, removing blockers, and communicating cross-functionally.
- Content Distribution: Oversee the development and dissemination of content across multiple channels (blogs, social media, emails, YouTube, podcasting platforms, etc), maintaining brand consistency and voice.
- Analytics and Reporting: Conduct a thorough analysis of content and brand marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Refine content & brand strategies based on results with actional insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with brand marketing & content teams to produce high-quality content assets that meet our business objectives.
- Content & Brand Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest content & brand marketing trends and integrate innovative content initiatives to keep CFI ahead.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, growth marketing, or related field.
- Experience with content writing, brand & product positioning and messaging, and editorial writing.
- Experience in driving projects, collaborating cross-functionally, project-managing marketing initiatives, and project-managing events and event content.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented project management.
- Proactive stakeholder communication.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

Purpose
The Marketing department's function is to build brand awareness, acquire new customers, and increase revenue.
Serving as a critical leader on our Marketing team, the Senior Manager, Content & Brand Marketing oversees the strategy and day-to-day execution of our brand strategy, content marketing program, asset creation, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). They will also be central in coordinating our live events and improving our brand presence.
Daily responsibilities include building and executing our brand marketing strategy, managing the brand marketing team, owning the content marketing calendar, creating reporting to drive analysis and insights, and related collaboration for cross-functional marketing programs.
The Senior Manager, Content & Brand Marketing, is responsible for developing and implementing engaging content strategies and brand promotion across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical skills to effectively manage our brand presence, social voice, and content marketing initiatives.
