    Description

    We are seeking the right individual to work with 2 to 4 others with a common goal of creating and maintaining client relationships with outstanding customer service.

    Major Responsibilities

    Maintain the call office to the standards set by company.

    Provide accurate and courteous service to the customer.

    Count garments, invoice, inspect for stains or damage, and search for foreign objects.

    Describe various services available.

    Inform customer of potential problems

    Inspect, sort, and tag garments so they can be returned to the proper customer.

    Maintain work area and ensure that adequate supplies are available.

    Work with all departments to assure smooth and timely creation of an extremely positive customer experience.

    Communicate, research, & resolve customer service problems and issues.

    Requirements

    At least 3 years prior experience in fast paced retail service oriented environment

    Bilingual skills are a plus.

    Stable prior employment history.

    Able to pass drug test and background check.

    Must be willing to work Saturdays and long hours if needed.

    Able to lift and carry garments.

    Able to stand for long periods of time.
