    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a schoolnear Marlborough, Massachusetts. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities, working collaboratively with our special education team to implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address the unique needs of each student.
    • Collect data on student behavior during intervention sessions and accurately document progress.
    • Provide direct, one-on-one support to students in various educational settings (e.g., classroom, therapy room, playground).
    • Collaborate effectively with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
    • Communicate regularly with BCBAs and other team members to discuss student progress, challenges, and modifications to intervention plans.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in behavior analysis and special education.

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges in a school or clinical setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple school locations within the district, as needed.
