This role requires a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing quality care and improving an individual's quality of life.


Schedule for this position is Mon - Fri from 6:30a-7:30a for supervision.

ABA therapists, behavioral technicians, occupational therapy assistants, teacher assistants, paraprofessionals, someone with passion and experience in caregiving and advocating for kids or adolescents, etc.

would be a great fit for this position.


Duties:


  • Provide inhome care and support to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide positive role modeling and engage in ageappropriate activities with 13 individuals.
  • Incorporate daily living skills learning with tasks throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Respect and uphold the rights of the individual, ensuring their privacy and dignity
  • Community Outings

Skills:


  • Knowledge of different developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to caregiving
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for the individual's privacy
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
